This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
On the top floor overlooking a garden setting, Unit #356 is a lovely place to wake up and enjoy garden and ocean views from your lanai.
The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai, at the poolside Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds. Enjoy the tropical plantation ambiance we offer.
Unit 356 includes: Free wireless internet (WiFi); flat screen cable TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; mini fridge with separate freezer door compartment (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.Poolside BBQs available.
Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Suite 356. You will delight in the tropical ambiance of this resort and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 356 and be lulled to sleep by the peace and ocean sounds only Kaua’i can offer.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "This place was a great! Squeaky clean, great location with lots of walkable restaurants, easy parking, private beach with walking path, and clean pool and hot tub! Would stay here again, met a lot of owners during our stay and they were so friendly! The only bump in the road is that the internet would not connect, which got resolved by having a tech come up that we sat with in the room (it took a few hours). Communication for this issue was clear, frequent, and proactive!"

"The place was exactly as pictured and described and we had a great stay! 3 adults stayed here quite comfortably and had room to eat at the table or sit on the lanai (balcony). We had a partial view of the ocean and the grounds were beautiful! The beach is a little rough for swimming, but perfect for watching a sunrise or relaxing. Check-in was easy and exactly as described. The instructions were easy to follow and given to us well in advance. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator up to the third floor for my mom, but I didn't think to look for that information ahead of time or to ask about it. The coconut marketplace is very close by (walkable) where you can shop & get supplies at the ABC Store. Even closer is a coffee shop & restaurant (and a tattoo shop that was really great!)."

"The location of this place is really the win here. it's so close to the beach and I knew that's really what I wanted for my daughter for this trip and so that was perfect. The beds were comfortable. It is otherwise very basic with not much but the bare necessities but if you're looking for a good east side location just a few steps to the beach, this is a good choice. "Wonderful ocean view. Nice breeze made it so we hardly used the AC (of course, we are people that think 75 is a little too cold). The refrigerator did leak some water onto the floor before we got there but it was taken care of super fast and didn't happen again (the instructions were specific on how to use all of the amenities). The grounds are well cared for and very beautiful. Such a nice stay."
