This 2nd floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit #245 is a corner unit, offering beautiful Panoramic Ocean views to both the East and the North. Come enjoy the gentle cross breeze, additional light and privacy that only a corner unit can offer. 245's 2nd floor location affords the best ocean views. Get ready for sand between your toes and relaxation for your soul. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking sun and moon rise views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Unit 245. You will delight in the ambiance of this property, and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical and magical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of 245 and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf.
For your convenience, #245 includes: high efficiency Fujitsu A/C plus ceiling fan with remote; free WiFi; 40 inch flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix; microwave; coffee maker; mini fridge with separate freezer door (and there are two ice machines on property); all necessary kitchen utensils; all necessary linens (organic cotton bed linens and towels), bath, kitchen, and beach towels; iron and ironing board. You can BBQ poolside or enjoy stunning views of Waipouli Beach from the comfort of your lanai.
Please note there are no elevators on property. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "This was our second stay in this unit, we love the location overlooking the beach and the pool. The Islander is such a beautiful place with quaint plantation style architecture, lovely grounds, and the pool and tiki bar (the Sandbar) literally steps from the beach. Just across the parking lot is the Coconut Marketplace with lots of shops, places to eat and activities like hula and fire knife dances, and the farmers' market is a great place to pick up fresh tropical fruit. Located just south of Kapa'a makes it easy to get to either the north shore or south shore. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Communication with Kauai Vision Rentals was timely and easy, both by email and text. This is by far our favorite place to stay on Kauai, we're already looking forward to our next visit."

"My ocean front, end unit on the 2nd level, was amazing! There is a coffee maker which we used every day with beans from Kauai, we had breakfast on the lanai and found all the dishes we needed. Bed, linens and furnishings comfy. Directly in front of the ocean, with the beach in view, sound of ocean waves all day, walk to shopping and restaurants, really ideal. Despite being there in late January we could leave the lanai door open a bit at night, and all during the day. The oceanfront hot tub and pool area was a nice place to socialize if you choose to, with a bar open at 3pm (great Mai Tai's). The pool was a bit chilly, but we still were happy to use it and the hot tub every night, which could get crowded at times but people always made room for more. This is right on the scenic, gorgeous, walking/biking coastline path which goes for 7 miles along the coast. We walked to Imua coffee, The Sleeping Giant Grill, Napali Brewery, Russell's, and Lava Lava Beach Club, they were all excellent."

"We loved every minute of our stay! The room was a perfect size for just the 2 of us and the kitchen was fully stocked with enough gadgets to make anything we wanted. "Aston Islander is in a wonderful location. Easy access from the airport, very to close to good restaurants, shopping, and of course the beaches. We stayed in unit 245, having stayed at the islander before, the rooms seem pretty much the same. This unit had two small refrigerators which was quite convenient. Second floor balcony is a good blend of view and privacy. The only mild issue was that the balcony was not swept and was quite sandy, but luckily there was a broom and dust pan in unit. We did also have one of the metal patio chair legs break from being corroded through, but you're only 30 ft from the ocean so these things happen. The owners are very communicative and professional and I would highly recommend renting from them."
