Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar. This is a great location on the majestic Island of Kauai. Discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance from The Islander on the Beach. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails. There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot.

This quiet, top-floor, sun and moon rise facing oceanfront unit has been carefully customized to be your home away from home. Its lanai offers exciting views of humpback whales in winter, and sleepy monk seals resting on the beach in spring and summer. Perfect for your honeymoon getaway or Garden Isle dream vacation, this unit is ideally situated away from the busy pool area for optimal privacy.
The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai, or at the Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds. Enjoy the tropical plantation ambiance we offer. Poolside BBQs available.
Unit 328 includes: Free wireless internet (WiFi); flat screen Smart TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; undercounter fridge (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Suite 328. You will delight in the tropical ambiance of this resort and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous luau at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 328 and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "We had so much fun from hiking the mountain trails to going to see Avatar at the vintage theater in Waimea. Kauai is not as big as Oahu and has a much more laid back vibe since it's less populated. We toured the entire island during our week stay. We visited all of the main attractions except those that required a lot of hiking since it rained occasionally and the more remote water falls were too muddy. Even the rain was nice and we didn't mind since it was occasional. The property itself was the best we have ever experienced when staying in Hawaii. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and sound of the ocean was our lullaby at night sleeping in the super comfortable bed. I called Kathy when I arrived and apologized for being so skeptical about the pictures of the view on the Airbnb site, and told her the pictures did not do justice to the actual experience. We were there for our 46th wedding anniversary and Lady Boss told me it was the best ever.... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!"

"I'm not sure there could've been a better view at this price range! Absolutely loved sitting on the lanai with my coffee watching the sun come up every morning. At first my husband was hesitant about renting a studio, but then I showed him the description and pictures and it was decided. Everything was as described and the beach equipment was very useful. "Great room, too bad I couldn't stay longer. The place is very well equipped and with very clear instructions on how everything works. The setting is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The Coconut market has everything, so we didn't even have to travel by car to shop. A warning for those who are light sleepers: bring earplugs, a couple of roosters announce the dawn from 4am so it could be annoying for some; it was good for us because we took advantage of enjoying one of the most beautiful sunrises we saw in Kauai. It's definitely a great choice."

"We LOVED our stay at Kathy's! We can say nothing but positive things! My husband and I are active travelers and this was the perfect home base for us for a week of hiking and activity! The balcony was our favorite part! We loved sitting out there every morning and every night. The atmosphere of the entire property was so laid back and calm. We used the pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and grills and had no issues with any! We were conveniently located on the island, and loved being within walking distance from rentals, great food, and loved sitting on the beach right outside! Perfect and relaxing spot! Kathy and her team were also amazing to work with and more than accommodating with last minute changes (on our end), and was very responsive! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Lovely stay, true to photos, and so peaceful. Beautiful sunrises wake you up, no need for TV with the ocean view! Very walkable to nearby shops and town. A car is better but I like walking. Balcony feels private and the residents are quiet, regular schedules. Even the club bar nearby is quiet, not rowdy at all. Amenities are abundant, I didn't even need the second fridge. Overall wonderful stay and absolutely would return."
