This ground floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit #154 is a ground floor, corner, DIRECT OCEANFRONT gem at the Islander complex. The corner location provides for an extra amazing view of the Pacific both inside the unit and on the lanai looking out! Away from the pool for ultimate quiet and privacy. Get lost in the sounds of the surf in this direct oceanfront location...hard to get any closer to the water!
The unit also includes: High efficiency A/C; free WiFi; Flat-screen HD Smart TV; kitchenette with all necessary utensils, dishes and glasses; all necessary linens and towels (both regular and beach); under-counter fridge; microwave; coffee maker; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. There are two ice machines on property, you can enjoy outdoor BBQs at poolside and ground floor access.
154 in a breathtaking location on the Garden Isle. Enjoy easy access to a number of Kapa'a's biggest hot spots, such as Smith's Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls. You have the opportunity to relax in a resort-like setting with a beautiful, beachfront location while you to soak up the Hawaiian sun.
We offer free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

"What a wonderful place to stay! The location is simply the best--Kapaa is central to all Kauai locations because it's relatively near the airport, between the popular Poipu and Hanalai areas. You can make your day trips fun and easy. The condo is Oceanfront! The pathway between the beach and the condo leads you right along the ocean and along other condos, hotels, retreats, and great scenery. The room is amongst lush gardens and beautiful pathways. The pool area is one of the best - nice seating, private but oceanside, BBQ grills, an awesome bar with creative drinks, and happy hour. We could not have been happier with this choice. Also, you can walk to the Coconut marketplace, and everything you need is right there--restaurants, cafe, shopping, all amenities you can think of. This is the best place to stay!"

"You cannot beat this location! This unit sits Oceanside and steps away from the Lava Lava Beach Club, shopping and the Kapa'a bike path. The unit was as described and a perfect blend of efficiency and Hawaiian vacation vibes! The facility has a nice jacuzzi, pool bar and social locations. The location in the island was so convenient, a great jumping off point for any activities you want. My favorite though was stepping outside and having coffee sitting on a lounge chair on the beach 15 steps from the room!"

"I absolutely loved my stay! The location is unbeatable- oceanfront and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, snorkel rentals, and kayak tours, all within 2 minutes walk. Best of all, it's just a 1-minute walk to Lava Lava Beach Club with live music almost every night. Such a lively place !! The room is well insulated, so noise was never an issue. Waking up to the sound of waves and sunrise each morning was magical. The host was responsive and thorough, and the place felt like home - very well cared for. I left with such special memories and would definitely come back!"

Coconut Marketplace is within a 3 minute walk - everything from restaurants to shops to an ABC Store for any travel essentials you may need. "Location! Location! Location! The views out of the back patio door were exactly what we needed and are better than any picture you can imagine. Kathy and crew were very communicative and right on top of making sure everything was good for our week long stay. Steps away from the ocean, omg. A three to five minute walk to 7-8 restaurants and many shops. We didn't want to leave. The condo was nice and everything listed in the ad was available for use. "This was a perfect spot for my husband and I. Walk out to the beach, restaurants within walking distance were great (Sleeping Giant Grill), breakfast on the patio watching the sun rise over the water. Central location for driving anywhere on the island. Just bring ear plugs for the roosters but you'll get that anywhere on the island. Had a mini fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, utensils, and grills by the pool. Just enough to eat out or in comfortably. Highly recommend this condo."

"This end unit had an amazing view, access to bike trail(7 miles),LavaLava (restaurant with outdoor lounge,good food and live music). The Islander is a central location to beautiful beaches and other adventures. The town of Kapaa is a sleepy gem with old town shopping, food trucks and various happy hours. The h it was clean just wish it had a newer sofa. Otherwise it had drip coffeemaker ,blender and mid size mini fridge and microwave and a safe. Steps from the ice machine comfy queen size. K would stay there again!"

"My husband and I went to Kauai June 2024. We booked this studio condo in Kapaa. Our condo had a beautiful view of ocean and beach. Close to airport. We loved our stay and will be back. The beach does have a lot of large logs and twigs everywhere so definitely wear shoes. The water is too rough to swim in especially with large logs being washed in everyday. The sunrises were beautiful to watch each morning they were more east of condo. The actual condo is perfect for a couple. It is a studio and does not have a full kitchen. So no stove in any of these studios. Also no beach chairs or mats or any other beach gear if you wanted to go elsewhere to swim. There are lounge chairs on the beach to use. There are plenty of places to eat though like Lava lava beach club was right next to condo and coconut market place and had lots of options. We enjoyed the island market store that was right there for everything you would need from breakfast lunch and dinner and groceries and other shopping, souvenirs etc. Kauai is super humid so plan on taking lots of naps. The property grounds are beautiful with different flowers and shrubs. There's always entertainment at coconut market places with Hawaiian music and dance. Theres farmers market place there as well. We got to see a couple of waterfalls that were really close by. We saw the lighthouse and visited Poipu beach which seems to be the popular beach because sea turtles came up to the shore to bask in the sun and safe for swimming."
