Important Notice: Lanai access is temporarily unavailable, and the condo is being offered at a DISCOUNTED nightly rate to reflect this. For guest safety, access will remain restricted until all necessary evaluations and repairs are completed. Additionally, Kauai Beach Villas guests no longer have access to the pool/slide in the hotel. However; please note the Villas have their own pool and hot tub for guest use.
Two Way Split AC - one in the bedroom and one in the main living area.
This unit is on the 2nd floor of Building E and the property has no elevators.
The Royal Coconut Coast Kauai Beach Villas are perfectly situated for you to enjoy short drives to all that Kaua'i has to offer. Just a short 5 minute drive from the airport brings you to a beautiful tree tunneled entrance to the resort and ocean. At 810 square feet, the condo has been completely remodeled in calming tones of grey and white. Open and light with grey porcelain tile; Italian marble Silestone countertops; white kitchen appliances; a washer and dryer; air conditioning in both the main area and bedroom; and two large wall mounted TV’s. Beautiful local artwork and large floor to ceiling windows in the living area give you views of the resort fountains, palm trees and the ocean. Watch the sunnrise from the comfort of your California sized King bed instead!
Within 5 minutes of the our resort is the Wailua River, Fern Grotto, Wailua Falls (*think opening credits of Fantasy Island*), Opaeka’a Falls, Lydgate State Beach Park (with a fantastic playground and rocked in beach area for littles) and the Kapa’a Bike path – 7 miles of gorgeous shoreline you can walk or cycle up. Nearly next door to the condo is the Wailua County Golf course – situated right on the coast. Our central location on the island also puts you midway between Hanalei/Princeville in the north and Poipu/Waimea to the south. Convenient to everything!

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. No late check-outs allowed. You may book an extra night.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"We had a fabulous stay at this condo in Lihue! It was close to the airport and very central to all locations throughout the island. We didn't need much as we didn't cook and enjoyed all of the local restaurants, which were fabulous, but it was very well stocked if you want to. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas and insulated cups were essential every day use for us as we spent our 5 days driving to beaches on the island. Princeville was a 45 minute drive and is built up and a little more touristy and was easy to get to. Our little bit of downtime was spent at the pools next door at the Outrigger Resort and they were very nice as well. The beach was a short couple minute walk and was great for the sunrise but we didn't swim in it. Everything was in great condition and I would highly recommend this rental. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! We thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"Very much enjoyed our 5-night stay in mid-January. Great to have access to Outrigger pool and facilities as well as a nice beach. Lots of storage space, lots of beach gear (especially beach towels), and overall very functional. Had an issue with the AC in living room, but host was very quick to respond and remediate. Would definitely stay here and again and comfortable recommending to others. Note, the unit is very clean and modern, but the buildings are aging and some are under exterior repair."
