Ocean View High-End Luxury Spacious 1 Bedroom / 2 Bath with 2 Way Split AC

The Royal Coconut Coast Kauai Beach Villas are perfectly situated for you to enjoy short drives to all that Kaua'i has to offer. Just a short 5 minute drive from the airport brings you to a beautiful tree tunneled entrance to the resort and ocean. At 810 square feet, the condo has been completely remodeled in calming tones of grey and white. Open and light with grey porcelain tile; Italian marble Silestone countertops; white kitchen appliances; a washer and dryer; air conditioning in both the main area and bedroom; and two large wall mounted TVs. Beautiful local artwork and large floor to ceiling windows in the living area give you views of the resort fountains, palm trees and the ocean. On your private lanai you can watch the sun rise over the ocean as you sip your morning beverage or watch it rise from the comfort of your California sized King bed instead!
You also have FULL ACCESS to the pools at Kauai Beach Resort next door. There are four swimming pools including 2 lagoon pools, waterfalls, a 75-ft lava tube slide, two whirlpool spas and a kid-friendly pool with a sand bottom. Order a shave ice or something from the bar poolside and enjoy heaven under a palm tree!
Within 5 minutes of the our resort is the Wailua River, Fern Grotto, Wailua Falls (*think opening credits of Fantasy Island*), Opaekaa Falls, Lydgate State Beach Park (with a fantastic playground and rocked in beach area for littles) and the Kapaa Bike path 7 miles of gorgeous shoreline you can walk or cycle up. Nearly next door to the condo is the Wailua County Golf course situated right on the coast. Our central location on the island also puts you midway between Hanalei/Princeville in the north and Poipu/Waimea to the south. Convenient to everything!

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. No late check-outs allowed. You may book an extra night.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. Located in an amazing spot, you're within walking distance to the coconut marketplace which is full of gift shops, restaurants, hula shows, farmers markets, and a small grocery store with deli and coffee. This condo is perfectly facing the beach- so you get wonderful views to wake up to every morning. The beach right outside your window isn't super busy, and has lounge chairs scattered throughout.
