Two Way Split AC - one in the bedroom and one in the main living area.
This unit is on the 2nd floor of Building E and the property has no elevators.
The Royal Coconut Coast Kauai Beach Villas are perfectly situated for you to enjoy short drives to all that Kaua'i has to offer. Just a short 5 minute drive from the airport brings you to a beautiful tree tunneled entrance to the resort and ocean. At 810 square feet, the condo has been completely remodeled in calming tones of grey and white. Open and light with grey porcelain tile; Italian marble Silestone countertops; white kitchen appliances; a washer and dryer; air conditioning in both the main area and bedroom; and two large wall mounted TV’s. Beautiful local artwork and large floor to ceiling windows in the living area give you views of the resort fountains, palm trees and the ocean. On your private lanai you can watch the sun rise over the ocean as you sip your morning beverage or watch it rise from the comfort of your California sized King bed instead!
You also have FULL ACCESS to the pools at Kauai Beach Resort next door. There are four swimming pools including 2 lagoon pools, waterfalls, a 75-ft lava tube slide, two whirlpool spas and a kid-friendly pool with a sand bottom. Order a shave ice or something from the bar poolside and enjoy heaven under a palm tree!
Within 5 minutes of the our resort is the Wailua River, Fern Grotto, Wailua Falls (*think opening credits of Fantasy Island*), Opaeka’a Falls, Lydgate State Beach Park (with a fantastic playground and rocked in beach area for littles) and the Kapa’a Bike path – 7 miles of gorgeous shoreline you can walk or cycle up. Nearly next door to the condo is the Wailua County Golf course – situated right on the coast. Our central location on the island also puts you midway between Hanalei/Princeville in the north and Poipu/Waimea to the south. Convenient to everything!

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. No late check-outs allowed. You may book an extra night.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "Very much enjoyed our 5-night stay in mid-January. Great to have access to Outrigger pool and facilities as well as a nice beach. Lots of storage space, lots of beach gear (especially beach towels), and overall very functional. Had an issue with the AC in living room, but host was very quick to respond and remediate. Would definitely stay here and again and comfortable recommending to others. Note, the unit is very clean and modern, but the buildings are aging and some are under exterior repair."

"TL; DR: Unit very much as pictured/described, w/ many amenities perfect for any activity you wish to have on the beach. Immaculate, property is on beach line w/ a sneak peek beach view from the lanai. With all the supplies in house, we felt like we lived there for the week - just bring clothes, toiletries and groceries. NOTE: $199 cleaning fee added to booking + chores to do. This was my 1st time to Kauai, so E-16 at Maui Vision Properties was right off the main highway, within 10-15 mins from multiple beaches, heli rides, groceries and 8 minutes from LIH airport. What struck us at first was how much attention to detail, amenities and cleanliness went into the unit. The lanai has a gorgeous view of fountains next door and was a perfect place to watch a view of the beach for the rare sunsets and sunrises that we wanted to stay indoors for. The lanai chest was a genuine treasure - read Kathy's list, but we used the 2 beach chairs, pool noodle, snorkeling."

"When deciding on a new product or service, I heavily rely on the thoughts and experiences of other consumers. After my visit to this Airbnb, I feel obligated to share my insights on what exceeded my expectations. If you're considering this space, I encourage you to go ahead and book it. The unit was clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with an in-unit washer/dryer. It was also stocked with cleaning supplies for maintaining hygiene during your stay, as well as beach gear for exploring the island. The villa is located just a 2-minute walk from the Outrigger, where you'll have access to multiple pools, hot tubs, a bar, and the beach. Although the beach is not swimmable for average or even above-average swimmers, there are safer spots to swim elsewhere on the island. I often feel like nothing is perfect, but in this particular case, this space was excellent and an ideal location to mentally escape the pressures of capitalism."
