Unit #115 is a 2 queen bed ground-floor unit (Hawaii Bldg) with a nice ocean view. It is on a corner so you get an extra window that lets in more light to make the unit cheery and bright! This studio includes a high efficiency split-type air conditioner and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warmer days.
This ground floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food, and specialty cocktails. There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
This sun and moon rise facing unit has a 32" Flat screen TV. FREE Wi-Fi Internet for your laptop and other devices. Everything you need for your Kaua'i vacation is included: linens, bath towels, beach towels, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a microwave, a mini fridge with a separate freezer door, a coffee maker, and more! There are 2 ice machines on the property. Hot tub and pool (nonheated). Poolside BBQs are available.
Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei, and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point for them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If the Guest does not check out at the designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead time we have.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "This unit is on the ground floor and faces a building about 150 feet away with a beautiful lawn between. It feels both open and private, like having a yard to yourself. The hosting team was responsive and clear. One minute walk to a beach or swimming pool. The beach is great for walking and sunbathing, but not great for swimming. We loved it. Great stay...would go again."

"This airbnb was a great value for the area. It was clean, safe and so convenient. We loved having access to the pool, hot tub and tiki bar. Also, this condo is a great location on the island (split between North and South side). We also enjoyed walking along the path by the ocean. It is easy walking to the fabulous restaurant on the beach, Lava Lava Club. Also, walkable to more low key restaurants like Chicken in A Barrel and coffee shops. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. There isn't access to laundry and since we stayed there about a week I did have to drive to the laundry mat. There are several to choose from on the island. There is air conditioning available but this condo gets great breezes. We stayed in August and never needed anything other than the ceiling fan. I would certainly recommend and use this condo again."

"Awesome location, good price, great communication. If you're looking for an affordable way to stay next to the beach for 3-4 people, this can't be beat! The Coconut Marketplace is just across the street and has tons of quick, tasty food options. The pool is great, the people are friendly, and you can walk along the beach on breathtaking paved trails for literally miles in either direction right from the hotel (huge perk for me, I love to walk and hike)."

Great location! The condo was perfect for our needs. I loved waking up and seeing the sunrise on the ocean every morning. It was gorgeous. The pool is clean and beautiful grounds. There were even boogie boards there to use. The condo was very clean. We did have a little lizard show up behind the mirror in the bathroom but he didn't bother us.
