This ground floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Suite 152 offers: Custom granite counter tops, custom bar, bar stools, and a 2-person rain shower. The unit has a Queen Bed, High efficiency A/C, Free WiFi, DVD Player, Clock radio with iPod dock, Flat screen HD TV. All necessary linens and towels (both regular and beach) are included, FULL kitchenette with utensils, dishes and glasses, FULL sized fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and coffee grinder, electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Poolside BBQs available.
The fabulous ocean-front vistas of Suite 152 await you! 152 is as close to the beach as you can get anywhere on Kaua'i and only steps away from the water's edge. Suite 152's ground floor location (Niihau Bldg) affords the best sun and moon rise views and all without stairs to climb. Your ocean front private patio leads right onto the beach. Get ready for sand between your toes and relaxation for your soul. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of suite 152, it is one of the most unique custom units in the entire complex. DIRECT oceanfront and nothing but ocean and beautiful foliage to look at. Suite 152 will bring on that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha. Spend carefree days exploring the mystical and magical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 152 and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf.
Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "This was exactly as advertised! Beautiful space, few short steps to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The only hiccup was the key was not in the lockbox when we arrived as promised. However a quick call to the number provided with check in instructions and we were given the housekeeping code and was inside within 5 minutes! This was our 1st trip to Kauai. We are already planning to return and this is the only place we will stay. A big Mahalo to Kathy and her amazing team ."

"This small studio condo was great for our 5-day stay on Kauai! We loved the view of the water and palm trees, and it was very convenient having shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Even though we experienced a windy week, we made very good use of the relatively sheltered patio. The bed and sheets were comfortable, and the kitchenette and bathroom met our needs. The hosts are great communicators. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Our party stayed in units 151 and 152. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The units were clean, linens clean and fresh, refrigerators were clean and fresh smelling, patio furniture was clean and the bathroom was clean. The building is an old building and has been there for quite some time - there was the normal smell of damp wood. That is common considering the close proximity to the sea. Next time, I will just bring a small diffuser. That being said, we would definitely stay here again. The condo landscaping is stunning and the view from the apartment is magnificent! We usually want to be out and about but we actually loved taking time to just sit on our patio and relax as we watched the waves. Hearing the ocean when we went to sleep at night was the best! The location is absolutely perfect! Coconut marketplace is right behind Islander on the Beach. Lots of eating options, a marketplace and tons of clothes and souvenir shops. You can also get to anywhere on the island easily."
