This ground floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Suite 152 offers: Custom granite counter tops, custom bar, bar stools, and a 2-person rain shower. The unit has a Queen sized bed, High efficiency A/C, Free WiFi, DVD Player, Clock radio with iPod dock, Flat screen HD TV. All necessary linens and towels (both regular and beach) are included, FULL kitchenette with utensils, dishes and glasses, FULL sized fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and coffee grinder, electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Poolside BBQs available.
The fabulous ocean-front vistas of Suite 152 await you! 152 is as close to the beach as you can get anywhere on Kaua'i and only steps away from the water's edge. Suite 152's ground floor location (Ni’ihau Bldg) affords the best sun and moon rise views and all without stairs to climb. Your ocean front private patio leads right onto the beach. Get ready for sand between your toes and relaxation for your soul. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of suite 152, it is one of the most unique custom units in the entire complex. DIRECT oceanfront and nothing but ocean and beautiful foliage to look at. Suite 152 will bring on that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha. Spend carefree days exploring the mystical and magical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 152 and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf.
Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Other Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

"Solid place to stay in Kauai. It's located in the town of Kapaa which is right in between the north and south side of the island. Perfect location if you plan on exploring both sides of the island. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was a treat. Walkway parallel to the beach just right outside of the back porch. Had everything we need in the unit. Coconut Marketplace was right in front of the condo which also gave us different and plenty of food options after a long day. Saves you the hassle of having to look for food."

"This is a beautiful spot to stay on Coconut Coast on the east side. The unit is small and cozy, but perfect for 2 people. Large comfy bed, smart tv that we casted to for a movie. We didn't utilize the kitchen but was well stocked. We appreciated the beach gear and towels provided! Maybe a bit older unit, but being ground floor and ocean side, it was great for a couple nights. We loved the walkability up and down the beach, restaurants and cafes, and the entire Coconut Marketplace for shopping and a free Hula show! And the property's pool with hot tub and Tiki bar was great too."
