This top floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
From this quiet location on the 3rd Floor of the Lobby Building, early risers will be rewarded with the most spectacular sunrises Kaua'i has to offer, and stunning moonrises in the evenings. Our unique setting captures a panoramic view of three Islander on the Beach's features: beautifully maintained grounds, the Tiki Bar with pool and spa, and just beyond, the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean!
Comfortably furnished in the Hawaiian style, and a kitchenette supplied with tools to prepare snacks and light meals. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Unit 305. You will delight in the ambiance of this tastefully decorated unit with its tropical touches, and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical and magical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation. You can enjoy poolside BBQs and a lovely lanai overlooking the pool and ocean just beyond.
Unit 305 includes: Flat screen Smart TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); wifi internet; coffee maker; undercounter fridge (2 ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Please note there are no elevators on property. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport,50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "I was worried about staying in Kapa'a as other friends recommended other parts of the island, but we ended up loving this spot. It is right next to a little outdoor shopping area that saved us many times by being able to walk over and grab a drink, coffee, dinner, tylenol, etc. and the drives to all the places we wanted to go to were not bad at all. The place is on the smaller side, but not ridiculously small or anything. It was very clean and had a pretty nice view on the lanai. Parking was really easy. Really nothing to complain about. Would love to stay here again!"

"We absolutely loved staying at Kathy's condo! The view was amazing. We sat out on the deck, many, many times listening to the surf at night and watching the waves during daylight. Location was perfect! We could walk to a whole bunch of restaurants and shops. We loved the town of Kapa'a! And we loved how centrally located the condo was as we drove often south to Poipu and north to Hanalei and the drive was never too long. The resort is very nice also! The condo is simple and sweet, we would definitely stay there again!"
