Queen Simmons Beautyrest (plush/firm) and a double size sofa bed. (Comfortably sleeps a party of 2. We allow up to 3 guests. If you have a party of 4, please ask permission in advance. The sofa bed is more suitable for children than adults.)
This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit #160 is ground level and four units from Waipouli Beach (approximately 30 paces) to the ocean, but without paying for oceanfront! Come and explore the gorgeous Garden Isle of Kaua'i in Kapa'a on the Coconut Coast. Here time slips away while you watch the coconut trees sway in the refreshing trade winds!
160 for your convenience includes: High efficiency Fujitsu A/C; free Wireless Internet (WiFi); 50" Flat-screen LED Smart TV; towels (both regular and beach); all necessary kitchenware including silverware and glassware; microwave; mini fridge with separate freezer door (and there are two ice machines on property); electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Poolside BBQs to enjoy.
160 in a breathtaking location on the Garden Isle. Enjoy easy access to a number of Kapa'a's biggest hot spots, such as Smith's Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls. You have the opportunity to relax in a resort-like setting with a beautiful, beachfront location while you to soak up the Hawaiian sun.
We offer free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "Really nice small appartment in a very nice area, with restaurants and shops nearby.
Well located, in front of the beach and with a nice pool. I would really come back to it!
Kathy was also great with comms.
Keep in mind it does not have a kitchen. This was not a problem for us but talking with other neighbours they were disappointed with their appartments.
I really enjoyed the stay here, especially beacause of the nice area it is located in."

"Kathy was a great communicator and all the instructions for check in/out were very clear. We felt very supported by her, making sure we were settled and comfortable.
The condo is in fabulously located, right by the beach, a great walking/biking path that goes for 7 miles and within an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely pool and tiki bar.
The condo itself is very comfortable and well equipped for a small space. Really appreciated beach chairs, cooler and all the kitchen necessities. Bed is super comfortable ( really important for me) and the place was lovely and clean. The condo is a bit outdated, but who cares about that, you're not there to hang out in your room. Fabulous lani with a beach view to the ocean to have your morning coffee.
The grounds are well maintained with lots of beautiful flowers/plants and lots of Kauai wild life ( Roosters, hens and chicks!).
We would definitely stay there again."
