This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit #163 is ground level and 2nd unit from the beach (approximately 20 paces). Deeming it 'almost' ocean front with stunning views.
The following is provided for your comfort: High efficiency Fujitsu A/C and ceiling fan; FREE WiFi; Flat-screen HD Smart TV; CD player with input jack for playing your digital music; towels (both regular and beach); all necessary kitchenware including silverware and glassware; microwave; small fridge with separate freezer door (there are two ice machines on property); electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board; DVD player. Let us carry you away with ocean breezes and the beauty of the Garden Isle in comfort in 163! You can BBQ poolside or enjoy the serenity of private Waipouli Beach from the comfort of your lanai.
163 is in a breathtaking location on the Garden Isle. Enjoy easy access to a number of Kapa'a's biggest hot spots, such as Smith's Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls. You have the opportunity to relax in a resort-like setting with a beautiful, beachfront location while you to soak up the Hawaiian sun.
Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "Great Spot!! If you're looking for a non fussy stay, and a great landing pad with the beach at your front door - this is it! It's part of a larger hotel area, but not really a traditional hotel. Very quiet. We spent a whole day at the beach chairs using the host provided towels and umbrella(so necessary) and swam in the ocean. Being able to run back to the condo for ice, and provisions it was awesome. There is also a property pool/hot tub with an adorable tiki bar attached. It opens at 3 for HH and has the cheapest mai tais! It was rarely busy, and just felt like we were in a super local spot. The beach is coarser than most, But you can't be mad at a beach front , and the views are beautiful. We had no qualms! The town of Kapaa is a quick drive down the st, with adorable shops and good eats! Try Al pastor fish tacos, and Java Kai coffee - Even closer you have to try sleeping giant for their fresh poke! We did trivia at Napali Brewing Co. on a rainy day, good vibes all around!!"
