(Comfortably sleeps a party of 2. We allow up to 3 guests. If you have a party of 4, please ask permission in advance. The sofa bed is more suitable for children than adults.)
This top floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit #320 is a third floor unit with a great ocean view on the private quiet side of the complex. On the top floor overlooking a garden setting with no walking path or foot traffic, you can leave the slider open all night and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. When you awake there will be a chorus of tropical birds to greet you as you enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. This unit offers you the quiet and tranquility you desire while providing a beautiful ocean view and serene setting. Pool is not far and beach is a few steps and stairs away!
Unit 320 includes: Flat screen cable TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); wifi internet; coffee maker; small fridge (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Poolside BBQs.
Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Suite 320. You will delight in the tropical ambiance of this resort and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 320 and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "Check in was easy. The space had all the amenities listed. In addition, two camping chairs and an umbrella were available. From the balcony you can see the sea. "The location was great and central to most places on the island so you didn't have to spend a ton of time in a car to get places. The host was responsive and quickly fixed one small problem we had. There are beautiful ocean views from the balcony and it was very peaceful. The condo is right on the beach where there is a paved walking trail. The pool and hot tub were very nice and there is a pool bar with happy hour from 3-6. The marketplace was very convenient with lots of restaurant options. I would recommend staying here to others but I would also stay here again. This condo was perfect for what we needed"

The ocean was right outside our balcony and so close with a great quiet beach! The hot tub and pool were also so nice to have! "I can't say enough positive things about our stay here! First of all, the location is probably the best hotel we've ever stayed at anywhere and couldn't have been more convenient for Kaua'i. We were right next to a private beach that we walked to every day, there's multiple shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk, and the hotel/unit itself is perfectly in between both sides of the island making driving distances very convenient. The unit was very spacious and had more than enough amenities including toiletries, a hair dryer, beach towels, kitchen utensils & plates, and most importantly AC! A view of the ocean from the balcony just topped it all off. Kathy was a GREAT host, always quick with responses when we needed them, and was more than helpful and friendly. I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone going to Kaua'i whether it's your first time or 10th time. We could not have been happier :)"

"The place was exactly as described, beautiful views, super clean, and AIR CONDITIONED! It was super easy to check in and felt just like a home away from home. The pull out couch was also comfortable and was definitely big enough for an adult in our opinion. We had no issues sleeping other than the locals waking us up quite early ?? (roosters lol). Super close to the little town of Kapaa for shops and food. But also walking distance to one of our faves, Johnny's Wings & Tings. We enjoyed the beautiful pool & pool bar after long days at the beach. Everyone was super friendly here! Overall, an amazing place & amazing visit."
