This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit 343 is third floor (Top Floor) ocean view unit with the pool in the foreground and ocean in the background. Great location in the complex.
The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai or at the poolside Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds. Poolside BBQs available.
Unit 343 includes: Free wireless internet (WiFi); flat screen cable TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; newly purchase 7.1 cu ft fridge this January 2024 with separate freezer door compartment (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Suite 343. You will delight in the tropical ambiance of this resort and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 343 and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "Amazing place to stay! Can't wait until we can stay again. Location was perfect for traveling to the north or the south/west side of the island. It was also wonderful to have the shops and restaurants within walking distance. We loved walking to the Lava Lava restaurant right on the beach. Lae Nani beach was my favorite beach nearby and was swimmable and having the pool and hot tub with bar right by us was so convenient. The property was so well maintained and the plants were beautiful. After a few days we got used to the roosters in the morning and enjoyed seeing them. The beach chairs and umbrella pervious guests left were a game changer for our beach time. We did not have an umbrella last time and not only did it protect us from the sun, it helped when it rained randomly for a few minutes. There was no coffee, sugar, salt or pepper provided so just be aware of that and prepared but everything else we needed was provided as far as cooking utensils/dishes"

"Kathy's studio was wonderful! Check-in was eased by good instructions and a luggage cart for taking our things from the car to the room. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean lulling us to sleep at night and the ocean view from the balcony - a godsend when it rained. It was affordable for a beachfront property on Kauai and quite well located -- walking distance to a good coffee shop, several restaurants and supermarket and close driving distance to many other amenities, including the airport. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool and hot tub are well maintained. Can't recommend enough - would definitely stay here again if we return to the island!"

"The beach, some stores/restaurants and a great coffee shop are in walking distance. Nice quiet beach for swimming with enough beach chairs for everyone. You can hear the ocean at night when the door to the balcony is kept open. Roosters are in fact making noise in the early morning but I was fine with earplugs. I would definitely stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's apartment. The location by the sea is unbeatable and the complex with pool, hot tub, barbecue and some shops is also great. The apartment has a good location within the complex with sea views! The amenities are also perfect - the kitchenette is small but has everything you need. A tip - at 4 AM you are woken up by the many roosters in the complex compared to other accommodations - so bring earplugs. We would love to come back anytime!"

It had partial ocean view and the overall property has nice ambience. The parking felt little full, but we could find parking for every night."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I had everything I needed, with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable too. Clean and close to plenty of things to do. I loved that, on my lazy days, I could walk to the Coconut Market Place for food or whatever else I needed. The beach out front was a lovely place to swim or read or sunbath. I would recommend earplugs for the roosters though. I only needed them during the am. Other than the roosters it was very quiet and peaceful. I loved opening the slider and listening to the waves. The garden/grounds at this place is incredibly well done too. So beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
