This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!

The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai or at the poolside Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds. Poolside BBQs available. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Suite 343. You will delight in the tropical ambiance of this resort and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 343 and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean. Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all. Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have. *Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key. *Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear. Unit 343 includes: Free wireless internet (WiFi); flat screen cable TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; newly purchase 7.1 cu ft fridge this January 2024 with separate freezer door compartment (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's apartment. The location by the sea is unbeatable and the complex with pool, hot tub, barbecue and some shops is also great. The apartment has a good location within the complex with sea views! The amenities are also perfect - the kitchenette is small but has everything you need. A tip - at 4 AM you are woken up by the many roosters in the complex compared to other accommodations - so bring earplugs. We would love to come back anytime!"

"We had a great stay at Kathy's place. it's centrallly located to explore both north and south ends of Kauai. A lot of restaurants and shops are also nearby. The studio has everything we needed. It had partial ocean view and the overall property has nice ambience. The parking felt little full, but we could find parking for every night."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I had everything I needed, with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable too. Clean and close to plenty of things to do. I loved that, on my lazy days, I could walk to the Coconut Market Place for food or whatever else I needed. The beach out front was a lovely place to swim or read or sunbath. I would recommend earplugs for the roosters though. I only needed them during the am. Other than the roosters it was very quiet and peaceful. I loved opening the slider and listening to the waves. The garden/grounds at this place is incredibly well done too. So beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"We loved staying here! The unit is part of a resort, so you have access to the pool area as well as the beach area- beautiful sandy beach, much quieter than Poipu. The Coconut Marketplace is literally located behind the resort, so lots of shops/restaurants/ABC store within walking distance. The host is a rental company, so responses were very prompt if you do have questions. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs!"
