This cozy studio offers everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian vacation. Equipped with a brand-new split Fujitsu air conditioner, youll stay cool and comfortable even on warmer days.
The studio features a Queen-sized bed and a double size sofa bed.(Comfortably sleeps a party of 2.We allow up to 3 guests.The sofa bed is more suitable for children than adults.)
Located on the second floor, Unit 242 offers breathtaking ocean views from one of the most serene beachfront spots in Kapaa. Situated on private Waipouli Beach along the picturesque Coconut Coast, youre just steps away from golden sands and turquoise waters. The popular Islander on the Beach Resort provides excellent amenities, including an oceanfront swimming pool, a hot tub, and a Tiki Hut bar where you can enjoy refreshing tropical cocktails. Right next door is the lively Lava Lava Beach Club, offering nightly live music, delicious meals, and specialty drinks. The Coconut Marketplace, a short stroll from the resort, provides a variety of restaurants, shops, and conveniences. For the active traveler, the beachfront resort is adjacent to a scenic path thats ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling and stretches for miles along the coastline.
Inside the studio, you'll find a well-stocked kitchenette that includes silverware, glassware, a microwave, and a Full Size fridge with freezer. Two ice machines conveniently located on the property. For your entertainment, the studio is equipped with a Smart TV and DVD player. Beach towels, bath towels, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your private lanai or unwinding after a day of island adventures at the poolside BBQ area with stunning ocean views.
Unit 242 is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring Kauais top attractions. Youll have easy access to renowned sites like Smiths Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto, and Wailua Falls. The resort is just 12 minutes from Lihue Airport, and within an hour's drive of Hanalei and Poipu, offering easy access to the islands many wonders.
Free parking is available for all guests. Please note that there are no elevators in the complex, and Unit 242 is privately owned and managed, offering a more personalized and affordable alternative to hotel accommodations. Housekeeping services are provided before check-in and after checkout. If youd like additional cleaning services, such as fresh linens and towel changes, these are available for a fee of $70 per scheduled day. Should you need laundry facilities, a laundromat is located just a short drive away.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. We love Sleeping Giant Grill being so close to our unit. Highly recommend the Ono wrap! Very nice to have the Coconut Marketplace nearby as well. The beautiful plumeria blocked some of the view, but still a view on the side if standing up. Beautiful beach just a few hundred steps away and a very nice walking path. Great communication with the hosts. Would stay here again!"
