Important Details
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out fees apply).
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Please be mindful of noise).
Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult).
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited inside, on the lanai, and in hallways ($500 fine for violations). A designated smoking area is available outdoors.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "We absolutely loved staying at Bob's Airbnb on Kapa'a. It is in a great location. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The accommodations are quiet and clean with lots of amenities including dishes, towels and a full size lanai. The grounds, pool(s) and hot tub are in pristine condition. The stunning beach is a close walk from the property as is a wonderful marketplace where you can find almost anything else you'll need during your stay. We would love to stay at Bob's place again!"

"Great home base for our trip to Kauai. You're centrally located between the north and south shores making it easy to get around. The airport is close, but not so close you hear anything.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and peaceful. The king-size bed was great to sleep on. My husband tends to have back problems, and he slept very comfortably.
There are some toiletries provided, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, several beach towels and chairs, which was really convenient. And there's laundry in the building, which came in handy a couple of times.
And finally, there are no parking or resort fees to deal with! Plenty of free parking and a wonderful place to lay your head after a full day of exploring everything Kauai has to offer. Highly recommend!"
