Luxury Queen 14-inch Novaform Memory Foam bed and a full size pull-out couch. (Comfortably sleeps a party of 2.  We allow up to 3 guests. If you have a party of 4, please ask permission in advance.  The couch bed is more suitable for children than adults.)

This ground floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i.  This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food, and specialty cocktails. There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
 
Suite 151 includes Free wireless internet; 32-inch Flat Screen Roku TV; high-efficiency Fujitsu A/C plus ceiling fan; CD player with an input jack for playing your digital music; programmable microwave; freezer door fridge (there are ice machines on the property); cutlery drawer with designer flatware; large capacity coffee maker; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.  Poolside BBQs are available.

Suite 151's ground floor location (Ni’ihau Bldg) affords the best ocean views and all without stairs to climb. Your oceanfront private patio leads right onto the beach. Get ready for sand between your toes and relaxation for your soul. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walks to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Suite 151, you'll have that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha!  Spend carefree days exploring the mystical and magical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in a fabulous lu'au at Kilohana and every night you will return to the serenity of 151 and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf.

Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei, and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point for them all.

Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar.  This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service.  If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If the Guest does not check out at the designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.

CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead time we have.

*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways.  A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "The Islander on the Beach is a perfect location on Kauai! Right in the middle of the coastline that makes travel to the north and south very quick. This unit is a walkout right to the beach and has a gorgeous sunrise view. Extremely easy check-in and check-out process and they make it very easy to access the unit. "Our party stayed in units 151 and 152. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The units were clean, linens clean and fresh, refrigerators were clean and fresh smelling, patio furniture was clean and the bathroom was clean. The building is an old building and has been there for quite some time - there was the normal smell of damp wood. That is common considering the close proximity to the sea. Next time, I will just bring a small diffuser. That being said, we would definitely stay here again. The condo landscaping is stunning and the view from the apartment is magnificent! We usually want to be out and about but we actually loved taking time to just sit on our patio and relax as we watched the waves. Hearing the ocean when we went to sleep at night was the best! The location is absolutely perfect! Coconut marketplace is right behind Islander on the Beach. Lots of eating options, a marketplace and tons of clothes and souvenir shops. You can also get to anywhere on the island easily."

"I absolutely loved the location. There was mention of there being a cooktop, but there wasn't one in this unit. I got creative with "cooking" a little bit in the microwave for my morning eggs. It was a very beautiful property, and there is a great little restaurant just next door that you can walk to on the path directly outside of the unit. I loved seeing and hearing all the chickens, roosters, and baby chicks. I saw a monk seal resting in the sun on the beach nearby. And was able to drive to some nearby hikes that were just perfect! This was a great spot for my solo work retreat to finish some looming projects and to feel rested and refreshed. Thank you!"
