Welcome to Anahola Beach Home, reminiscent of your grandparents' summer getaway. This large, inviting residence ensures a smile upon entry, promising effortless relaxation. It's a comfortable, rejuvenating, and soul-restoring gem nestled on one of Hawai'i's finest beaches, Anahola Beach. Here, you can enjoy miles of golden sand, often feeling like you're the only one on the beach. Just steps from the sand, take a short stroll north to the Anahola River or a brief walk south to Anahola Beach Park, where gentle waters await. Unlike a crowded resort, this lovely home is perfect for creating priceless memories with family and friends. (Ask us for the video of a glimpse of the home's scale and expansiveness. Beach Equipment: 2 kayaks, 6 surfboards, 8 boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more

Anahola Beach Home is ideal for family celebrations, intimate weddings, and creative retreats, with stunning views of the golden sands and the blue Pacific through a 35 ft. wall of windows.
Note: Permitted weddings can host a maximum of 35 guests and require a 5-night stay.

Unique History
This home has a rich history, reportedly once owned by Thomas Hormel (of Spam fame), where gatherings included celebrities and artists. It is rumored that the script for "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" was penned here. Recently, we added Pierce Brosnan's personal surfboard and a growing collection of local artwork, making the walls feel like an art gallery.
The Dalai Lama holds Anahola Beach sacred, and it's said he has stayed in this home during his visits.

Accessibility Features
We prioritize accessibility with:
-A luggage ramp and accommodations for those with mobility concerns
-No steps leading to the front door
-Accessible bathrooms equipped with grab bars and non-slip mats

Location
Centrally located just 13 miles north of Lihue Airport, Anahola Beach features sandy bottoms perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Enjoy unspoiled paradise while being just a short drive from Kapa'a, Poipu, and north to Kilauea and Princeville for dining, shopping, and activities.
Watch for playful dolphins and whales (from November to April) and the occasional sailboat and cruise ship beyond the offshore reef.

This home is in a Tsunami evacuation zone.  

Important Information
The property accommodates a total of 17 beds (2 King, 7 Queen, 6 Twin, and 2 Queen sofa beds).
We maintain a clean air environment; smoking, vaping, or using scented products inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may incur a cleaning fee.

Respectful Neighborhood
Anahola is a local Hawaiian neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to respect the community by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and being mindful of litter.
* Anahola Beach tolerates autos driving on the beach and cars on their way to the beach, more so around sunset, driving past the Anahola Beach House, to say goodbye to the day and sometimes stereos can be heard. There can occasionally be some campers on the miles of beach, which is not permitted.

We were fortunate to acquire the Anahola Beach Home in August 2022, and since then, we've made numerous upgrades to ensure a fantastic experience for our guests. We invite you to enjoy this slice of paradise and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

There is a non refundable $1200 USD down payment to reserve this home. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. If cancellation occurs within 90 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $1200 USD down payment which serves as the cancelation fee plus any costs to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead time we have.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law.
